An option agreement gives Red Apple the exclusive right (but not the obligation)
to purchase a site at an agreed price within a fixed timeframe. During this period,
we handle all aspects of the planning process — including preparing and
submitting a Class Q application — at no cost to the landowner.
Once planning consent is secured, Red Apple may then exercise the option
to purchase the land at the agreed value, reflecting the uplift created by the
planning approval.
